Lead integrated marketing for a multi-state mental health practice: own SEO, website content, provider and patient email campaigns, organic social, AI-enabled marketing operations, and sales enablement for business development. Manage vendors/contractors, build repeatable processes, and scale systems to drive patient acquisition, referral growth, and brand consistency.

Lead design, deployment, and optimization of PostgreSQL clusters across environments. Ensure HA, DR, backups, security, performance tuning, upgrades, automation, cloud management, runbooks, on-call incident response, and collaboration with dev/DevOps teams.
