Provide administrative and facility support for the corporate office and store locations, including office operations, shipping/receiving, facilities requests, paperwork audits, EBT reconciliation with PDI, recruiting support, inventory counts, and general HR/field assistance.

Support planning and execution of mainstage productions and artistic programming. Generate macroeconomic insights to shape international equity strategies, evaluate opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for portfolio positioning.

Lead end-to-end account-based marketing to drive qualified meetings and pipeline from institutional CRE owners. Build and run outbound engines across channels (email, LinkedIn, paid, calling), own campaign calendar and tech stack (HubSpot, intent/enrichment, sequencer, ABM tools), implement AI-assisted SDR programs, measure channel ROI and conversions, and partner tightly with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize routing, enablement, and territory/ICP strategy.

Provides confidential administrative and operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, ACA reporting, HRIS (Paycom) administration, compliance documentation, training tracking, and employee services. Prepares reports, assists payroll reconciliation, conducts orientations, and supports HR leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Lead and supervise volunteer teams in warehouse projects (packing, kit building, reboxing produce). Manage supplies, train and orient volunteers, ensure safety and food-handling compliance, operate material-handling equipment, coordinate onsite projects, communicate with staff, and perform general warehouse duties including sorting and order pulling.

Lead concept development and client-facing messaging for multi-channel campaigns. Create strategic messaging frameworks, oversee creative production, guide designers/motion teams, present ideas to clients, and support occasional on-site shoots.

Lead engineering projects from concept through commissioning for manufacturing operations: define scopes, design, procure, install, qualify equipment, manage contractors, and drive process improvements to increase safety, throughput, quality, and reliability.
