Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients (HNW, family offices, foundations, corporates). Lead onboarding, coordinate multi‑party deliverables, maintain CRM and service operations, plan engagement strategies, escalate complex issues, capture client insights, and support referral and growth goals while improving processes and playbooks.

Lead and optimize content operations across multiple JSTOR product lines: receive, validate, publish, and maintain content; investigate and remediate data issues; document workflows; drive process improvements, vendor guidance, and cross-functional alignment; support readiness for new content types while ensuring accessibility and metadata quality.

Support a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, leave and immigration administration, offboarding, employment verifications, compliance, tuition reimbursement, and HR recordkeeping while partnering with leaders to ensure consistent, lawful HR practices and a positive employee experience.

Provide on-site administration and support for Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and local network infrastructure; monitor system health, manage backups (Veeam), troubleshoot endpoints and connectivity, handle incidents and service requests, coordinate vendors, support manufacturing site technologies, maintain documentation, and promote secure computing and disaster recovery readiness.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise automation and cloud-native solutions. Drive architecture, IaC, CI/CD, container orchestration, observability, security, and cross-functional adoption to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and HR generalist duties including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, benefits support, employee relations, leave administration, policy compliance, HR reporting, and employee engagement. Partner with managers, maintain HR records, coordinate background checks/drug screens, and support training and special HR projects for multi-site operations.

Handle initial customer contacts (in-person, web, phone), qualify and process orders, coordinate deliveries and equipment setup, investigate inquiries and complaints, collect payments, and lead location staff while supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient, accurate, and compassionate service.

Support day-to-day HR across Bronx office and New Jersey warehouse: full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee records and HR systems, payroll/timecard/PTO support, benefits and compliance coordination, first point of contact for employee questions, workers' compensation/unemployment coordination, and support HR projects and performance review cycles.

Greet members and guests, process memberships and program registrations, handle transactions and inquiries, promote YMCA programs, maintain records, support daily front desk operations, and attend required trainings to ensure excellent member service and safety.
