Translate stakeholder requirements into executable system logic, validate configurations, troubleshoot production issues, support vendor integrations, document technical configurations, and contribute to sprint-based feature delivery.

Design and produce code-compliant low-voltage physical security system drawings (CCTV, access control, intrusion), perform site walks and quoting, support sales with demos, coordinate with field teams during implementation, update ticketing system, and attend pre-bid and deployment activities.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native, event-driven logistics systems. Provide technical leadership, architect AWS services, own IaC, design APIs and EDI integrations, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, real-time processing to support growth.
