Lead design, deployment, maintenance, and support of Cisco IP telephony and contact center solutions. Configure and troubleshoot CUCM, CVP, UCCE/UCCX, IVR, CTI, and related infrastructure. Develop call routing scripts, perform client consultations, support sales efforts, produce documentation, and mentor team members. Provide on-call and occasional travel support to meet customer requirements.

Design and architect Salesforce solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements, map processes to Salesforce features, configure Sales/Service Cloud and Communities, implement CTI, Live Agent, Knowledge Management, and Entitlements, support pre-sales scoping and estimates, run requirement workshops, and coordinate delivery with client PMs and offshore teams.

Lead test strategy and automation for Azure-based, distributed and microservices applications. Design and maintain test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, execute functional and performance tests, manage test environments and data, triage defects, mentor junior testers, and champion quality within a DevOps culture.

Design, implement, and manage Ansible-based automation (playbooks, roles, Tower) for configuration management, software deployment, security compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and training. Collaborate with sysadmins and developers, support production systems, participate in on-call rotation, and travel to data centers as needed.

Design and deliver enterprise data integration and application architectures. Lead technical design from concept through production, guide engineering teams, ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions, produce architecture artifacts, and mentor staff while aligning implementations with business needs.

Designs, tests, and documents new aircraft component products and tooling. Produces validation and engineering reports, supports quality investigations, performs stress/FEA/fatigue analysis, applies GD&T, programs in LabVIEW for complex tests, interfaces with customers, maintains project records, and trains shop technicians.
