Plan, quote, manage and implement facilities and infrastructure for safe operation of AMRs and automated internal logistics. Design conveyors, indexers, flow racks, charging zones, robot loading platforms and safety elements. Oversee ergonomics, maintenance, CAPEX budgeting, supplier development and CAD-based layout changes to support line feeding automation.

Design and simulate imaging-based headlamp modules using simulation, analytical, and CAD tools; analyze and optimize optical performance to meet specifications; manage lighting topics across prototyping to production; and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers for successful project execution.

Design and develop automotive electrical hardware: derive requirements, perform circuit design and simulation, create design documentation (schematics, DFMEA, WCCA), verify via component and bench testing, and optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, testability and quality while supporting cross-functional teams.

Design and develop packaging for plastic automotive bumpers and components using CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Standardize and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on robotic and production equipment. Program and repair Fanuc/Nachi/ABB robots and associated tooling, maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley), welding systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics to ensure production uptime and meet plant efficiency targets.

Ensure supplier quality for steel and aluminum materials by monitoring supplier compliance with corporate (CQI-9) and customer requirements. Guide suppliers on PPAP/APQP, perform process and product audits, implement verification systems, and use measurement tools to meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Serve as technical liaison between engineering and OEMs to manage full warranty lifecycle for powertrain/transmission systems. Lead root-cause analysis, conduct teardown investigations, drive 8D/RedX corrective actions, analyze warranty trends, and maintain product integrity while reducing warranty costs.

Lead, plan and manage packaging design, validation and change implementation for production lines. Design packaging compatible with AMR material handling, manage packaging costs and CAPEX, develop PFEP and packaging standards, ensure ergonomics and line presentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production and quality requirements.

Lead electrical failure diagnosis and warranty investigations for transmission control systems. Perform teardown/bench testing, signal analysis, and software vs. hardware triage. Drive 8D investigations, present technical findings to OEMs, manage OEM portals, and negotiate liability to protect company warranty costs.

Lead PCB/ECAD activities for high-speed, high-density automotive electronic systems. Own library creation, schematic corrections, layout (impedance control), DRC/DFM/DFX, SI/PI analysis implementation, manufacturing file generation/verification (Gerber, STEP/DXF, CAM/Valor), BOM/netlist generation, IPC compliance, EMI/EMC design, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and product teams throughout development and prototyping.
