• Hands on Experience in Power Rails, Analog PCB design , Clock and appropriate component placements to meet the design compliance.
• Experience in Library Part Creation, Placement, Routing, DRC setting up and DRC error clearance, Generation of Hype File for SI and PI analysis, Generation of Step Files /.dxf files , Gerber and Manufacturing file generation, Penalisation, Manufacturing file verification through CAM and DFM verification with Valor Tool
• Understand the component data sheet and Create the Library parts
• Experience in various DFM implementation and Understand the DFM/DFT/DFX requirements
• Design changes recommendation and understand the PI and SI analysis report and implement the corrections in the PCB design
• Worked on Impedance controlled PCB Design implementation
• Understand and Recommends the PCB Stack-up
• Good at EMI/EMC compliance PCB Design
• Working with Manufacturing team on several technical and manufacturing aspects
• Work experience in IPC guidelines implementation
• Preparation and Corrections to the Schematics
• Generation of BOM from the design files
• Netlist Verification, Verify the design against Check lists
• Collaborate in developing state-of-the-art designs of new or modified high-speed/high-density printed circuit boards
• Develop new PCB designs within the capabilities of the contract manufacturers and incorporate cost saving measures
• Develop PCB layout concepts that are in line with products that involve efficient manufacturing processes
• Maintain Engineering documentation files and incorporate Engineering changes received from mechanical/electrical Engineers
• Manage document control of all the PCB development work, in accordance with company standards and good design practices
• Actively participate with Product Design and Manufacturing groups at the different stages of new product development programs including design reviews and process improvement
• Assist in the support of prototype construction with outside vendors, as required

Skills Required
