Objetivo de la posición: Liderar, planear y administrar ajustes o cambios de empaque de las diferentes líneas de producción, diseño y validación de empaques nuevos, flujos internos de materiales, presentación de partes en línea, ergonomía de la estación, verificando que las actividades operativas sean realizadas en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a las instrucciones de los procesos automatizados de surtimiento a línea a traves de AMR’s considerando costo de implementación.
Conocimientos:
Estudios ergonómicos, experto en validaciones de empaque, costeo de empaque, administración de cambios de empaque de la cadena de suministros, cálculo de flota de retornable, conocimiento en procesos de manufactura de cajas de cartón, prevención de oxidación y desarrollo de PFEP.
Experiencia:
•Mínimo 2 años como ingeniero de empaque para industria automotriz
Habilidades:
•Liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios
•Comunicación efectiva y negociación.
•Trabajo bajo presión con objetivos definidos
•Planeación estratégica y administración de proyectos
•Organización y manejo de tiempos

Requisitos:
•Experiencia en desarrollo y cambios de empaque adaptables a manejo de material por medio de AMR’s
•Manejo de presupuesto y CAPEX.
•Desarrollo de empaques y facilidades compatibles para transferencia de material a través del uso de AMR’s.
•Desarrollo de normas de empaque e instrucciones de empaque para estaciones de trabajo.
•Ingles hablado y escrito nivel B2 o superior.
•Kardex sin incidencias.
•Mínimo 2 años de antigüedad en la empresa.
Escolaridad:
•Ingeniería Industrial, Empaque, Diseño Industrial con título y cédula profesional
•Deseable: uso de software de diseño.

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years as a packaging engineer in the automotive industry
- Minimum 2 years tenure at the company
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging, or Industrial Design with professional license
- Experience developing and implementing packaging changes adaptable to material handling via AMRs
- Experience managing budget and CAPEX
- Develop packaging and facilities compatible with material transfer using AMRs
- Develop packaging standards and packaging instructions for workstations
- English spoken and written at B2 level or higher
- Experience with Kardex systems (Kardex sin incidencias)
- Knowledge of ergonomic studies
- Expertise in packaging validation
- Experience in packaging costing
- Experience administering packaging changes across the supply chain
- Ability to calculate returnable container/fleet requirements
- Knowledge of cardboard box manufacturing processes
