Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Planear, cotizar, administrar y ejecutar todas las facilidades para el funcionamiento seguro de los AMR’s tales como cambios de layout relacionados a la implementación de procesos automatizados de logística interna incluyendo pintura de áreas de carga para AMR’s, zona de cargadores, así como facilidades complementarias para la implementación de los mismos tales como conveyors, indexadores, flow racks de gravedad y automatizados, plataformas de carga para robots, elementos de seguridad para interacción de los robots con peatones y equipos móviles como montacargas y tuggers.

Conocimientos:

Estudios ergonómicos, conocimiento en soluciones logísticas automatizadas para surtido a línea, diseño de facilidades para desarrollo con proveedores locales, administración de facilidades instaladas para su mantenimiento y mejora.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años como ingeniero de empaque para industria automotriz

Planeación estratégica y administración de  proyectos

Organización y manejo de tiempos

Pensamiento analítico enfocado en la resolución de problemas

Requisitos:

Experiencia en desarrollo y cambios de infraestructura logística enfocadas a la automatización del surtido de línea.

Manejo de presupuesto y CAPEX

Conocimiento de flujos logísticos

Normas ergonómicas en instalación de facilidades

Ingles hablado y escrito nivel B2 o superior

Uso de CAD

Kardex sin incidencias

Mínimo 2 años de antigüedad en la empresa

Escolaridad:

Ingeniería en Industrial, Empaque, Diseño Industrial

deseable: uso de software de diseño con título y cédula profesional.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years as packaging engineer in the automotive industry
  • Experience developing and changing logistics infrastructure focused on line feeding automation
  • Experience managing budgets and CAPEX
  • Knowledge of logistics flows
  • Ergonomics standards for facility installation
  • Spoken and written English at B2 level or higher
  • Use of CAD software
  • Experience with Kardex (no incidents)
  • Minimum 2 years seniority in the company
  • Degree in Industrial, Packaging, or Industrial Design Engineering
  • Leadership, effective communication, negotiation, project planning and time management skills
  • Desired: use of design software with degree and professional license (cedula)
