Create and maintain APQP documentation (DVP&R, DFMEA), define sourcing docs, maintain CTDS, support CAE/FEA, testing, manufacturing, quality, and supplier launch activities. Provide detailed mechanical engineering work, progress reporting, benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration with AME, design studio, and global teams.

Develop and integrate exterior automotive accent and illuminated features by defining system requirements, coordinating optics/electrical/mechanical/software teams, creating specs, prototypes, validations, and supporting manufacturing launch and customer interactions.

Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, audit supplier processes, resolve supplier-related issues with purchasing/engineering, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain supplier rating/reporting systems to meet automotive quality standards.
