Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Conceptualizar, cotizar, planear, diseñar, desarrollar, medir, controlar, implementar y mejorar los procesos de ensamble requeridos para nuevos proyectos en MPT

Experiencia: Experiencia requerida en lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos, seguimiento con proveedores en fases de diseño, desarrollo y construcción de nuevos equipo / maquinaría.

 Conocimientos:  

Conocimiento del proceso específico, diseño e implementación de error/mistake proofing y nuevos equipos, conocimiento de APQP, dominio de herramientas de manufactura esbelta, AIAG, PFMEA, DFMEA, GD &T, MSA, CAD, SPC, PPAP, MAFACT, MQS, Core tools; funcionamiento de producto y sus interfaces de afectación con vehículo y proceso de ensamble; manejo avanzado de Autocad y Solidworks, Nivel intermedio en simulaciones del flujo de proceso en software FlexSim.
Específicos de Ensamble: probadoras de fugas, prensados, aplicaciones de selladores, soldadura (Laser, CD Welding), herramientas de torque, dispositivos de manipulación de componentes, ribeteado, instalación de snap rings, automatización, llenado de aceite, automatización de líneas
MS Office, MS Project, Power Bi, Power App, Power Automate, Conocimiento de Normas Aplicables en la Industria Automotriz (IATF, ISO14000, AIAG, VDA), Requerimientos Específicos de los Clientes, Administración financiera

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínimo 5 años en procesos productivos, líneas de ensamble, ingeniería de manufactura o producto y lanzamiento de proyectos.
Tener una antigüedad mínimo 2 años en MPTR
Kardex sin incidencias

Escolaridad:

Ingeniería Industrial, mecánica, o afín
Titulado y con cédula indispensable

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years experience in production processes, assembly lines, manufacturing or product engineering and project launches
  • Minimum 2 years tenure at MPTR (Magna Powertrain)
  • Clean Kardex (no incidents)
  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical engineering or related; must be graduated and hold professional license (titulado con cédula)
  • Knowledge and application of APQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, GD&T, MSA, SPC, PPAP and Core Tools
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Intermediate experience with process flow simulation using FlexSim
  • Experience with assembly-specific equipment and processes: leak testers, presses, sealant application, laser/CD welding, torque tools, handling devices, riveting, snap-ring installation, oil filling and line automation
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, MS Project, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and customer-specific requirements (IATF, AIAG, VDA, ISO14000) and financial administration basics
