Support and execute paid and organic TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE strategies to drive revenue, ROAS, acquisition, and LIVE views. Collaborate with creative, merchandising, production, agencies, and vendors; develop targeting, KPIs, and content; optimize campaigns through data-driven testing; manage organic content calendar and mentor junior team members.

Manage HR operations and administration for Malaysia and Singapore including onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll vendor coordination, HRIS data accuracy, employee relations, compliance with local employment laws, visa/work permit support, vendor/contracts management, and driving employee engagement and regional HR projects.
