Lead and build a data science organization to create a prediction engine for vendor matching, order routing, and supply chain optimization. Anchor projects to P&L, design measurement and experiment frameworks, ship rapid wins, hire and coach data scientists, work hands-on in modeling and technical design, partner with product and engineering (Snowflake), and evolve systems toward agentic AI while reporting impact in dollar terms.

Design, implement, and optimize core rendering systems in Unreal Engine 5 for massive open-world gameplay. Profile and fix GPU bottlenecks, author shaders, manage VRAM budgets for consoles, integrate upscaling/frame generation, collaborate with art and animation teams, build tooling, and investigate low-level rendering crashes and performance issues.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and observability for scalable systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and automate operations using IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AI-driven automation. Manage backups, disaster recovery, log pipelines, databases, and message streaming. Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to improve reliability, incident response, and infrastructure lifecycle (including Terraform state cleanup and decommissioning).

Account for and reconcile contra revenue related to customer rebates, promotions, discounts, returns and e-commerce settlements. Reconcile daily/monthly sales and refunds across Shopify, Amazon and payment processors, ensure U.S. GAAP revenue recognition, post month-end journal entries, partner with Sales/Marketing/AR to validate deductions, and identify automation opportunities for ERP data flows.

Lead global marketing forecasting, performance reporting, and scenario planning across acquisition channels. Partner with FP&A, Product, Data, and marketing teams to inform $40M+ media allocation, deliver executive narratives, identify risks/opportunities, and support attribution and board-level decision-making.

Own and evolve Elicit's multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes) to scale single-tenant deployments, improve observability and incident response, drive security and compliance (SOC 2, NIST), optimize cost/capacity, and enhance developer CI/CD and deployment experience. Contribute to backend code where infra and application intersect.

Lead technical pre-sale efforts and end-to-end implementations: design tailored POCs, translate complex data into solutions, define technical requirements, manage onboarding and stabilization, coordinate across Customer Success/Product/Engineering, and validate delivered outcomes to accelerate deal closure and drive customer value.

Design and manufacture critical PCBAs end-to-end: component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, bring-up, debugging, validation, and signal characterization. Integrate electromechanically with firmware and mechanical teams, develop test plans and specifications, and work with contract manufacturers to ensure production quality (including occasional onsite support).

Manage daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, and HRIS data entry.

Lead and build Hilbert's end-to-end privacy program embedded in product and engineering; ensure compliance with US, UK, and EU privacy laws; negotiate enterprise DPAs and security addenda; advise on privacy-by-design for agentic AI features; manage incident response and customer legal/security engagement.
