Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business in an assigned territory through outbound prospecting, executive-level consultative selling, and territory planning. Manage multiple opportunities, build C-level relationships, craft business use cases and proposals, and coordinate with management, operations, and customer success to meet sales goals and quotas.

Manage daily logistics for assigned customers including shipment entry, scheduling, execution, exception handling, auditing large LTL shipments, forecasting one-week demand, customer communication, billing and freight audit coordination, and occasional afterhours support to ensure accurate, timely service.

Lead global strategic sourcing and category management for high-value CapEx items (HVAC, power, IT hardware). Own supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, inventory and open-to-buy management, vendor performance/QBRs, and global logistics/compliance to ensure supply resilience, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

Support full-cycle SaaS implementations by configuring the platform, preparing and validating data, building tracking tools, joining customer calls, assisting training, documenting workflows, and improving processes across multiple projects.
