Creates compliant patient-facing scripts, ad copy, email and SMS templates, landing-page content, and visual materials using Canva. Maintains asset libraries and approval tracking while coordinating with recruitment teams, site managers, sponsors, and IRBs.

Drive commercial revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for defense and deep tech accounts. Collaborate with marketing and product teams while utilizing MEDPICC methodology to close deals and enhance customer relationships.

Lead end-to-end member and customer experience across Care, Customer Success, and Print/Ship Operations.
