Serves as the senior finance and capital markets advisor on legal technology, AI adoption, knowledge management, and practice innovation. Evaluates and deploys technology solutions, leads attorney training, advises on client restrictions and data considerations, develops document-management taxonomies and legal resources, maintains precedents and forms, monitors legal technology developments, and supports client alerts and process improvements. Requires substantial finance or capital markets legal experience and strong legal research, drafting, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Lead paid media and user acquisition strategy for new financial product launches. Serve as technical steward for plant electrical systems (120 VAC to 13.8 kV), support maintenance and reliability, develop documentation and capital proposals, perform failure analyses and continuous improvement, mentor technicians, manage spare parts and contracts, and ensure HS&E compliance.

Reviews third-party financial reporting for properties in receivership and manages general ledgers for self-managed properties. Responsibilities include journal entries, bank reconciliations, reporting packages, budgeting, expense reconciliations, tenant billings, audit support, funding request reviews, and emergency expense payments. The role requires commercial real estate accounting expertise, GAAP knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Excel.

Create and manage video projects from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery. Produce social media, corporate, testimonial, product, culture, event, recruiting, and executive content. Operate video-production equipment, conduct interviews, optimize content for multiple platforms and formats, manage deadlines, incorporate feedback, and maintain brand and production standards.

Leads firmwide electrical engineering standards, specifications, QA/QC protocols, and advanced design strategies. Provides technical oversight for complex interdisciplinary projects, ensuring systems are integrated, constructable, budget-aligned, and coordinated. Mentors senior designers and engineers, conducts reviews, develops leadership pathways, supports project scoping and fee negotiations, and represents the firm in industry forums, client discussions, pursuits, and business development.
