Coordinates CMBS REO reporting operations, including tracking bank accounts, insurance, financial packages, receivership status, sweeps, refunds, reimbursements, invoices, and funding requests. Reviews reporting packages for completeness, follows up with property managers and servicers, obtains approvals, manages insurance documentation, and provides administrative support to the REO Reporting Team.

Provides administrative and student services support at a college campus. Coordinates continuing education, CDL testing records, adult education assessments, exams, facility agreements, room scheduling, technology troubleshooting, student registration, payments, events, and communications. Supports instructors and students, maintains confidential records, secures the facility, participates in training and committees, and backfills departmental functions as needed.

Supports infrastructure engineering projects involving hydraulic, water infrastructure, dam and levee safety, and construction management. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Operations on customer discovery, case studies, and events. Travel approximately 25% for customer meetings.
