Provide bilingual (Spanish) remote customer support: answer product/service questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, and handle inquiries and complaints.

Perform hand calculations and FEA, create BOMs and engineering documentation, estimate costs and schedules, verify drawings and tolerances, document manufacturing processes, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support engineer-to-order customization and product launches.

Provide HR support across recruitment, personnel records, employee/labor relations, job evaluation, compensation, benefits, training, AA/EEO, policy development, and reporting. Act as an internal consultant to manufacturing, communicate across levels, and deliver results with strong interpersonal, written communication, service orientation, urgency, and ability to manage long-term plans amid short-term priorities.

Execute outbound prospecting, qualify leads by phone, gather finance-user requirements, collaborate with AEs, maintain Salesforce, and hit quarterly quota for SaaS FP&A solutions.

Execute and maintain nurture campaigns across email, chat, and automation; manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, routing, and HubSpot-to-Dynamics sync; perform website updates, QA, and basic optimization; support SEO and ABM efforts; run A/B tests and analyze results; pull and validate campaign data and maintain dashboards for Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

Support order-to-delivery operations by maintaining order and inventory accuracy in HubSpot, tracking loaner units and RMAs, coordinating sales, production and shipping, reconciling inventory, and preparing the Glen Cove office for customer visits. Emphasis on organization, data accuracy, and cross-team communication.
