Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Horticulture and horticulture leadership. Manage calendars, communications, travel, expense reports, meeting materials, and departmental documentation. Coordinate projects, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and invoice processes, maintain filing systems, take meeting notes, and support Garden events and departmental logistics.

Provide legal advice across business, contracts, litigation, employment, transactions, and healthcare regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, oversee outside counsel, support corporate structuring, deputize for General Counsel, supervise 1-2 legal staff, and collaborate with compliance and business leaders.

Ensure externally supplied products meet specifications by auditing suppliers, performing inspections, investigating nonconformances, driving corrective actions, and partnering with cross-functional teams and metal foundries to improve supplier quality and processes.

Manage tolls, citations, and driving records for a nationwide vehicle lease fleet. Research and process violations, reconcile payments, maintain driver data in SAP, coordinate training, support compliance, reporting, audits, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accountability and program accuracy.

Engage existing Greenway Health clients to identify needs, discover sales opportunities, create proposals/ROI, close sales, document activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with outside sales to increase bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

Administer benefits and process semi-monthly payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain HRIS and personnel records, support onboarding, employee relations, leave tracking, audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.

Lead design and implementation of production-line machine control software and operator interfaces. Architect equipment-to-factory communications, integrate industrial protocols and PLCs, develop C#/C++ GUIs, implement motion and vision systems, build robust automation state machines, perform system/component testing, and maintain documentation and Agile workflows.

Develop and lead embedded avionics software for CNS/airborne surveillance systems. Lead RFIO SW dev team, integrate SW with HW/FPGA, follow DAL A/DO-178C processes, prepare planning and certification documentation, support flight tests, manage risks, and use development tools (version control, CI, Jira/Bitbucket).

Provides clerical and administrative support including typing, filing, data entry, document processing, phone and email handling, report and invoice preparation, expense reconciliation, supply and equipment management, and generating reports while maintaining confidentiality and timely, accurate work.
