Leads the strategic transformation from legacy oncology registry software to a cloud-native, AI-enabled SaaS platform. Oversees product strategy, architecture, microservices, React development, healthcare interoperability, AI/ML integration, security, regulatory compliance, testing, and delivery. Own a strategic territory of mid-market and Fortune 1000 financial-services accounts in New York. Build executive relationships, generate pipeline, sell complex multi-product cybersecurity platforms, close new logos, and expand existing customers. Lead 4–6+ month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, engineering, finance, legal, and procurement teams. Develop account plans, negotiate multi-year agreements, forecast accurately, and collaborate with internal and channel partners.

Responsible for maintaining and supporting critical data center operations, including hardware installation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams.

Supports talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting calendars, communicating with candidates, updating ATS records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. Build ROI-based business cases, lead complex negotiations, deliver executive reviews, align cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and represent Fusion at customer and industry events to protect and expand recurring revenue.

Manage day-to-day IT for a remote-first startup, including onboarding and offboarding, device and account administration, employee troubleshooting, IT documentation, vendor coordination, endpoint security, DNS, MDM, patching, and compliance support. The role also contributes to IT projects such as MDM migration, tooling rollouts, vendor evaluation, and security improvements. This is a part-time engagement of approximately 8–10 hours weekly with occasional onsite support preferred in the San Francisco Bay Area.
