Act as primary technical liaison for customers and internal teams to support production drilling software: troubleshoot, reproduce and root-cause defects, drive resolutions, validate releases, influence test automation, participate in UAT, and advocate product improvements to improve reliability and customer experience.

Provide best-practice workflow recommendations and ongoing client support throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Lead Flexe's demand engine across paid media, integrated campaigns, events, and marketing operations. Own paid programs, martech stack, attribution, campaign reporting, and vendor management. Build AI-assisted outbound and ABM plays, align marketing to sales handoffs and enablement, and optimize programs to hit pipeline targets.

Administer and improve Customer Success systems (Vitally, Onboard.io, Staircase), translate processes into configurations and automations, build dashboards and reports, monitor data quality and integrations, provide user support and training, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement and test system changes.

Provide clerical and administrative support including document processing, recordkeeping, scheduling, data entry, report preparation, office supply and equipment coordination, invoice support, and customer/employee contact. Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, assist onboarding and HR administrative tasks, and support meeting logistics to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Lead deployment of a small, semi-autonomous Organic Growth Team to hubs to identify underpenetrated accounts using customer and product data, build targeted account strategies, coach sales on cross-sell and recurring-revenue opportunities, track pipeline and revenue metrics, and embed repeatable sales motions and playbooks to sustain incremental growth.
