Develop and maintain referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, nursing directors, and community partners to drive homecare referrals. Execute in-person visits, cold calls, marketing events, lunch-and-learns, social media posts, and sales reporting. Document activity in homecare software, support marketing efforts, attend community events, and occasionally cover shifts. Role is ~90% field-based.

Serve as the centralized call-center point of contact for strategic customers, coordinating equipment and store rentals, resolving customer needs, and ensuring professional, efficient service. Use equipment knowledge and probing communication to satisfy requests, support safety, and work indoors/outdoors with occasional physical lifting.

Provide on-site and remote hardware and application support across clinical sites, supporting workstations, printers, EHR/EDR applications, phones and peripherals; manage accounts, inventory, documentation, and occasional after-hours work.

Lead Triple Whale's creator marketing by building strategy, recruiting and managing creators and affiliates, running end-to-end campaigns, coordinating cross-functional launches, defining KPIs, measuring performance, and scaling creator programs to drive measurable growth.

Support full procurement lifecycle for contracting and contingent workforce: partner with hiring managers, process contracts and invoices, manage vendor relationships, coordinate candidate screenings and interviews, maintain procurement systems, and ensure compliance with policies.
