Build and scale OpenAI Education’s content engine across editorial, curriculum, video, visual content, social, email, and web channels. The role creates workflows, templates, governance, and publishing systems; produces and edits educational content; develops channel strategies; measures performance; runs experiments; and manages external creative and content partners. Leads technical engagements with North American enterprise customers adopting quantum computing solutions. Presents products and roadmaps, identifies optimization use cases, supports deployments, provides advisory and technical support, and builds long-term client relationships. Collaborates with sales, product, professional services, marketing, and development teams to communicate customer needs, identify service opportunities, and drive measurable ROI. The role requires 30%–50% travel for conferences, client meetings, training, and sales events.
