- Preparer of accounting and financial reporting for alternative investment products (hedge funds, structured products, private equity, CLOs, BDC, SPVs)
- Preparers of financial statements for annual audits of alternative investment products
- Preparers of capital statements, holdings reports, and financial statements for investors
- Preparers of all fee calculations of alternative investment products including management fees, incentive, carried interest, and expense reimbursements
- Reviewers of Fund administrator prepared accounting and financial reporting deliverables
- Preparers of all invoice payments for alternative investment products
- Accurate and timely regulatory reporting related to alternative investment products to SEC (Form PF, ADV), NFA/CFTC (PQR, PR), Treasury (Reg U, TIC)
- CPA Strongly Preferred
- Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical and spreadsheet skills.
- Exposure to investment companies such as hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, CLOs, or similar accounting
- BS/BA required
- 1-3 years prior public accounting/fund accounting experience in financial services
Annual base salary between
$95,000.00-$105,000.00The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
