Troubleshoot incidents, manage support requests, configure switches/routers/firewalls/wireless, support broadcast media-over-IP, perform change management, create documentation, assist automation initiatives, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to design reviews and root cause analyses.

Part-time (Mon–Wed) Growth Specialist responsible for hands-on paid user acquisition across app and web. Own budget allocation, build and optimize campaigns, test creative and store pages, maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, deeplinks, SKAdNetwork), compare platform and analytics data, run experiments, and report weekly/monthly performance with clear recommendations.

Provide cross-functional administrative support for HR, payroll, field operations, supplies, finance, marketing, and office systems. Tasks include timecard management, scheduling, supply ordering, vendor bill entry in QuickBooks Online, social media content scheduling, and general software/user administration to keep a distributed field operation running smoothly.

Own and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi network infrastructure and WAN connectivity across multiple sites; administer Hexnode UEM and Google Workspace; run KnowBe4 security awareness programs; create SOPs and documentation; automate IT workflows and evaluate AI tools; troubleshoot network and device issues; support segmentation, access control, endpoint hardening, and audit evidence collection; collaborate via Notion, Jira, and Slack.
