Lead Savage X Fenty’s U.S. influencer marketing strategy and execution as a measurable customer acquisition channel. Build and scale ambassador and micro-influencer programs, negotiate partnerships, manage budgets and performance targets, develop reporting and forecasting, optimize creator compensation and content, and collaborate with Growth, Brand, Paid Media, Creative, Merchandising, Legal, and EU teams. Manage and develop a team while expanding scalable creator systems and testing new platforms, formats, and generative AI tools.

Owns complex fund- and joint-venture-level financial models for investor distributions, returns, waterfalls, carried interest, preferred returns, and capital accounts. Performs scenario, sensitivity, and period-over-period attribution analyses; reconciles models to actual operating, cash, debt, and investor data; and enforces model governance and quality control. Partners with asset management, investor relations, FP&A, acquisitions, capital markets, and accounting while presenting portfolio performance and strategic insights to senior management and institutional investors.

Provide paralegal support including managing electronic and physical legal files, drafting and heavily editing complex legal and transactional documents, conducting legal research and analysis, assisting with litigation and regulatory filings (including FERC), maintaining governance and board records, coordinating compliance and statutory filings, and supporting attorneys and regulatory coordinators on deadlines and closings.

Owns performance, accessibility, cross-device behavior, responsiveness, and the quality of data-rich interfaces for insurance professionals.

Performs general accounting and financial reporting for an operating division, including project and invoice setup, lease accounting, revenue and cost calculations, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, management reports, fixed assets, tax calculations, benefit audits, and year-end audit schedules. Supports ERP improvement projects, customer prequalification requests, compliance activities, and coordination with general managers and plant personnel.

Serves as the dealership’s first point of contact by answering multi-line calls, routing callers, greeting guests, directing customers to departments, notifying staff, and introducing customers to salespeople. Provides professional customer service, assistance to other departments, and follows company policies and safety standards.

Leads LightForce’s manufacturing engineering function, including process and equipment development, automation, continuous improvement, NPI, industrialization, and process validation. Owns the manufacturing technology roadmap to improve yield, throughput, reliability, quality, and cost. Builds and manages engineering teams, directs CAPEX and external resources, partners cross-functionally on design transfer, and ensures compliance with OSHA, ISO, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Lead paid search strategy, activation, optimization, measurement, and thought leadership for B2B clients. Manage Google and Microsoft campaigns, keyword research, ad copy, bidding, budgets, QA, forecasting, and performance analysis. Connect campaign activity to lead quality, sales opportunities, pipeline, and revenue using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics data. Advise clients, develop recommendations, support pitches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Own affiliate creator strategy and program execution for beauty and personal care brands. Manage creator pipelines, outreach, onboarding, sampling, communications, and campaign timelines. Analyze content and campaign performance, create actionable client reports, and present recommendations in client strategy meetings. Serve as a primary client contact while collaborating with account, creator management, strategy, and shop operations teams across multiple brands.
