Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B SaaS clients, driving onboarding, platform adoption, customer health, value realization, retention, renewals, and account growth. Lead QBRs, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, deliver client insights and proof-of-value reporting, identify expansion opportunities with Account Management, and communicate customer feedback to Product and leadership.
