As an Operations Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate with sales and customers, manage inventory and costs, and identify improvement needs.

Supervises Applicant Support Center operations, staff scheduling, biometrics and IDP processes, reporting, training, customer service, safety, security, facility maintenance, inventory, and records administration. The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, fostering a safety culture, and leading incident investigations and audits.

Leads the creation and implementation of an enterprise Quality Management System for title insurance operations. Responsibilities include developing quality metrics and composite scores, quantifying poor-quality costs, driving process improvements, establishing governance and executive reporting, building a maturity roadmap, automating data collection with technology teams, and securing cross-functional leadership alignment.

Provide first- and second-level IT support: triage incoming tickets across channels, diagnose and resolve issues or escalate, maintain ITSM records, support data center availability, handle access requests, and create knowledge-base articles.
