Support test and validation engineers by coordinating vehicle test logistics, parts procurement, instrumentation, hardware/software updates, basic testing and documentation, fleet maintenance, and customer interfacing for prototype/validation vehicles.

Supervise day-to-day operations and programs at recreation facilities, manage and coach staff (~20+), ensure cleanliness and safety, handle scheduling, customer service, facility rentals, and support programming/advertising efforts.

Provide technical support and operational expertise for Seeburger EDI solutions (BIS, BISMT, VL-Trader). Troubleshoot, maintain, and assist with implementation/maintenance of EDI integrations to ensure reliable data exchange and system performance.

Provide field-office administrative support including front-desk duties, mail/phone handling, AP/AR processing, job creation in JD Edwards, vendor list maintenance (JD Edwards/BCS), job file organization, monthly AP reconciliation, and payroll/job-cost review. Maintain customer files, ensure vendor compliance, and attend required safety and operations training.
