Produce Revit/AutoCAD construction documents, specifications, and reports. Verify, receive, inspect, package, and ship materials; maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records; coordinate freight, pickups, and deliveries; operate forklifts and company vehicles; follow packaging, hazardous-material, interstate and international shipping regulations; coordinate across Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Customers; perform light preventive maintenance and maintain a safe shipping/receiving area.

Lead and scale the Manufacturing Sales Services Division, overseeing client onboarding and success, managing and growing delivery teams, improving processes and reporting, driving automation and margin improvement, and partnering with executives to set strategy and track KPIs (client satisfaction, retention, financial performance). Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and recommend technology and service enhancements.

Support Social Media Manager by creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across major platforms; manage community engagement; track and report performance using analytics tools; research trends; and provide administrative support for multiple clients.

Lead and oversee structural design and quality across projects, possibly as engineer of record. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, perform quality control, support construction administration, resolve technical issues, drive technical innovation, assist project planning/budgets, client relations, and may manage projects.

Serve customers at the trade counter, respond to enquiries by phone and email, provide product recommendations and quotes, and perform warehouse duties including booking stock, picking, packing and manual handling of heavy items. Full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
