The role coaches leaders, supports enterprise HR programs, maintains confidential documentation, and partners with specialized HR teams. It requires regular travel to construction jobsites and offices, with on-site presence at least four days weekly.

Coordinates logistics and administrative operations for museum education programs serving teens, college students, adults, artists, educators, and families. Supports scheduling, facilitation, supplies, communications, attendance, registration, applications, event listings, social media, marketing materials, spending, and participant feedback. Serves as a primary contact for educators and participants, oversees student workers, maintains art supplies, and supports the Dorner Prize and research residency application processes.

Leads The Black Tux’s end-to-end supply chain and production operations, including supplier sourcing, vendor management, apparel manufacturing, logistics, inventory planning, procurement, and compliance. Oversees international suppliers, freight, customs, inventory performance, cost modeling, and supply-demand alignment. Partners with Merchandising on product development, establishes operational systems and KPIs, and manages supply chain performance across retail, wholesale, rental, and direct-to-consumer channels.
