As a Sales Office Manager based in Brimsdown you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 7, this includes being responsible the Sales Advisor on the Trade Counter.
- Supporting with team development and performance reviews.
- Sales and Margin growth and supporting the GM with all aspects of the P&L.
- Managing large projects and call-off orders for our customers.
- Ensuring the team are proactive in following up quotes and making proactive calls.
- Building relationships with all our key stakeholders. Customers, External Sales Teams, Suppliers and Internal business functions.
- Supporting the branch with all KPI’s outlined by the business.
- Working closely with the GM & Ops Manager to ensure we provide our customers with a first class service.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week. Bi-weekly shift pattern of 7.30am to 16.30pm and then 8.00am to 5pm.
