Deliver BIM/VDC coordination, reality capture, and model-based workflows across project phases. Lead clash detection, federate models, perform QA/QC, produce 4D phasing and simulations, run scan-to-BIM and drone/laser-scan workflows, and train/mentor teams to integrate VDC into construction operations.

Design and produce manufacturable custom products using SolidWorks. Create production drawings, assemblies, and BOMs; apply DFM, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Design, Estimating, Operations, and Production to meet quality and timeline goals.

Perform AP/AR data entry and reconciliation, maintain Excel spreadsheets, support month-end tasks (corporate card and vendor statement reconciliations), file and organize vendor/customer records, communicate with clients/vendors, and execute accounting/admin projects for multiple locations.

Create detailed 3D site and building models, textures, lighting, renders, animations, and real-time visualizations. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and preconstruction teams to develop design options, support project planning, and present solutions to leadership and customers.

Serve as the onsite mechanical expert for campus data center systems, leading maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, QA/QC, training, vendor management, and project oversight to ensure continuous operation and compliance with best practices.

Lead administration, optimization, and automation of financial systems (primarily NetSuite and OneStream). Support close and consolidation processes, develop customizations and integrations, build reports and dashboards, ensure data governance, troubleshoot issues, and drive cross-functional finance systems projects and training to improve scalability and accuracy.

Prepare and develop proposals and estimates for industrial automation projects by reviewing RFPs, drawings, and specs; quantify labor, materials, travel, and schedules; coordinate with engineers and PMs; produce proposal documents, maintain cost databases, and improve estimating methods and tools.

Lead production of localized design assets for international markets, manage a designer, align creative with US brand, collaborate with marketing/product/e‑commerce, maintain design excellence, build scalable localization systems, and manage timelines and team culture.

Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans, balance inventory to avoid stockouts and excess, align production with demand, lead sourcing and supplier negotiations, perform cost and commodity analyses, manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Support marketing team with event and trade show coordination, design and production of marketing collateral, content creation, social/email publishing, vendor relations, inventory management, and cross-functional marketing support.
