The Enterprise Account Manager will develop a portfolio of enterprise customers, focus on customer relationships, manage subscriptions and contracts, and generate additional business revenue for the company.

Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships to maximize retention, expansion, and ROI. Own renewals and negotiations, conduct executive business reviews, execute strategic account plans, drive adoption and upsell, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel to customer meetings within territory.

Own and grow a portfolio of national and regional data center accounts, driving specification and revenue for Carlisle roofing and building envelope products. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop account plans, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, lead proposals/RFPs, partner with technical teams for design-assist, and travel extensively (~70%) to customer sites and industry events.

Manage and grow enterprise life-insurance distribution accounts post-sale. Drive sales planning, adoption, and growth; monitor account performance with data; lead onboarding, integrations, enablement and co-marketing; cultivate agent relationships; represent partner needs to product and internal teams. Travel ~5 days/month.

Manage and grow strategic Fortune 100 accounts through solution selling, account planning, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and client relationship development. Drive new business, collaborate with client services and leadership on proposals and execution, represent Applause at events, and maintain activity in Salesforce.com to meet sales quotas.

Manage and grow large, complex enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders. Develop and execute strategic account plans, demonstrate platform value, drive revenue expansion and retention, lead complex global deal negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products and deliver customer outcomes. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets and provide market feedback to influence product direction.
