As a Data Analyst, you will create dashboards, analyze data, and ensure data quality while working with the VP of Finance.

The Senior Biostatistician will lead statistical projects, collaborate with teams, support study designs, and advance statistical methodologies.

Support ETL and reporting tasks including data extraction from files, databases and APIs; clean, transform, and load datasets; build automation scripts; improve workflows and documentation; perform data quality checks for the ETO database; and create indicators and visual reports to track program performance.

Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, develops reports and dashboards, communicates findings to stakeholders, and manages multiple projects and research assistants to inform program improvement.

Implement and manage data ingestion, enrichment, and integration for go-to-market teams. Clean and combine structured and unstructured sources, build automations and lightweight tools, integrate Clay outputs with the data warehouse, and partner with vertical stakeholders to create unified, actionable contact and lead views.

Design and maintain KPIs, data infrastructure, and automated reporting to measure operational safety and resilience. Build scalable data models and ETL pipelines, analyze agent response performance, quantify operational capacity, and partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that improve operations and inform AI model training.

Conduct market and competitor research, monitor industry trends, compile biographical and strategic profiles, and produce partner-ready reports and briefings using legal research platforms to surface business opportunities and support pitches for attorneys and firm leadership.

Provide advanced data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and modeling to support institutional planning, enrollment management, assessment, accreditation, and compliance for Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College. Maintain BI reports (Power BI/BI server), validate state/federal submissions, support data governance, and collaborate across units to inform equity-focused student success strategies.

Manage end-to-end data conversion projects for Black Diamond clients, perform ETL transformations and audits, analyze and format client data, identify and resolve anomalies, communicate audit results, and coordinate expectations with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful data loads.

Design, build, and maintain reliable ELT/ETL pipelines and Snowflake data models using dbt, Dagster (or Airflow/Prefect) and Python. Ensure data quality, CI/CD deployment, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and AI-ready data layers to support analytics and Snowflake Cortex use cases.
