The role drives analytics maturity, data quality, process improvements, and strategic decision-making across the credit union.

Leads customer, marketing, and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Evaluates acquisition, retention, engagement, lifetime value, and marketing investment performance; develops dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; and presents executive-ready recommendations. Partners across marketing, merchandising, finance, and customer analytics to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and improve analytical maturity.

Supports academic operations technology through data auditing, SQL and report development, database maintenance, registration setup, and troubleshooting. Maintains Banner and Courseleaf products, coordinates upgrades and vendor support, manages automated reports, and partners with university stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies. Also certifies student-athlete and student-government eligibility while supporting transfer student-athlete evaluations and academic compliance.

Build and own customer-facing analyses, dashboards, and reusable reporting for ECP Insights. Conduct customer discovery, define reporting needs, write SQL and Python or PySpark in Databricks, contribute dbt models, validate accuracy, explain methodologies, and help prioritize the product roadmap. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams while handling HIPAA-protected health information.

Designs, implements, and maintains data pipelines, integration solutions, and data architecture using Snowflake and related data engineering tools. Analyzes insurance industry challenges, develops solutions, supports consulting engagements, presents recommendations, and collaborates with client stakeholders. The role also requires data modeling, ETL, cloud platforms, data governance, troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while traveling up to 50%.
