Lead and scale the analytics function, managing data analysts and partnering with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering. Define analytics strategy and roadmap, deliver KPIs, ensure data quality, build dashboards and self-service tools, drive event instrumentation and deep-dive analyses, and support AI adoption for business impact.

Maintain and manage quality-related databases, run SQL queries for reports and compliance, support dashboards and data integration for inspection systems, assist with backups, user access, audits, KPI tracking, and small data-driven continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Design, build, operate, and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and curated datasets across enterprise systems (Salesforce, Deltek, Autodesk, Azure, Microsoft Fabric). Implement data models, orchestration, API-first services, monitoring, data quality, lineage, and governance to support BI, reporting, AI/ML, and business decision-making. Collaborate with analytics, IT/security, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable data delivery.

Perform hands-on Epic data conversion activities including CCDA/PAMI ingestion, source-to-target mapping, ETL, data validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, cutover support, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure accurate migration of clinical and operational data from multiple legacy EMRs into Epic.

Designs and implements Microsoft SQL Server databases, ETL (SSIS), stored procedures, OLAP/cubes and data warehouse solutions. Builds and optimizes schemas, queries and cubes, performs DB tuning and monitoring, enforces database policies, and supports multiple deadline-driven projects to meet SLAs and ensure data quality.

Lead and sustain enterprise master data operations (Material, Customer, Vendor, Pricing), enforce governance and SOX controls, drive data quality via KPIs and continuous improvement, support MDM/ERP initiatives, manage third-party providers, and develop data dictionaries, metrics, and process documentation.
