Lead Nex’s marketing creative direction from concept through launch, shaping campaigns across paid media, social, retail, launches, and partnerships. Build and own software for marina operators and boaters across reservations, payments, CRM, work orders, accounting integrations, and mobile applications. Responsibilities span scoping, design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and improving a legacy system handling live payment traffic. The role requires full-stack development, AI-assisted engineering, product judgment, clear communication, and ownership of customer outcomes in a lean team.

Leads customer data engineering strategy, delivery, team development, and roadmapping. Oversees data-driven product improvements, digital programs, quality initiatives, budgets, cybersecurity remediation, and portfolio management. Manages, mentors, and grows data engineering teams, including contractor teams, while guiding customer data platforms, omnichannel identity resolution, complex data modeling, and personalization-focused data science capabilities. Partners across the organization to execute strategic initiatives and build team capability.

Supports users through email and chat, resolves product, betting, billing, and technical issues, monitors critical site problems, and escalates incidents. Responsibilities include shooting, editing, publishing, community management, ambassador program management, paid-social creative testing, performance analysis, trend monitoring, and brand-voice stewardship. The role partners with the CMO and internal teams to align content with business priorities and optimize creative based on performance data.

Supports project planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting. Serves as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking sprint metrics, removing impediments, and coaching teams on Scrum practices. Maintains project timelines and metrics while promoting accountability, business value, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Provide customer support across email, chat, and social media; assist with onboarding, resolve bugs and usability issues, gather and prioritize product feedback, and communicate customer insights internally.
