Provide phone and email technical support for Stryker Endoscopy products, log cases in Salesforce, follow quality procedures, liaise with R&D/Quality, deliver product trainings, generate reports for QA/Marketing/R&D, and assist Customer Service, Sales Support, and field teams. May handle small assemblies and lift up to 50 lbs.

Maintain and support Solaris 10 systems: design, implement, and troubleshoot. Perform scripting (Perl, shell), package installs, builds, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and LDAP/KDC configuration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with OSS components like fault/performance management, change/configuration management, ticketing, dashboarding, and reporting.

Provide technical support for Stryker Endoscopy products via calls and emails, log and track cases in Salesforce, troubleshoot and assist customers and internal teams, conduct product trainings, produce reports for QA/Marketing/R&D, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and engineering.

Maintain, upgrade, and manage SaaS and internal IT systems; administer user access and permissions; troubleshoot outages with third-party vendors; validate and test changes; implement data governance and compliance; train users; collaborate with IT teams, Solution Architect and Project Manager to meet deadlines and budgets.

Provide first-level enterprise support for IT, POS, operations and merchandising issues. Triage, ticket, resolve or escalate Tier 1/2 incidents; assist with copier/printer ops and administrative tasks; communicate status and maintain tracking.

Administer, configure, and enhance the ITSM platform (Ivanti Neurons or similar), implement ITIL-based processes, build API integrations and data flows, manage CMDB, create automation and reporting, ensure GLBA-compliant security controls, write technical documentation, and support ITSM initiatives end-to-end.

Provide first- and second-level support for firm-approved applications and technology; respond to user inquiries via phone/email/ticketing; document incidents; troubleshoot and liaise with internal teams and vendors; maintain knowledge base, support application lifecycle, monitor recurring issues, and collaborate with project teams to improve user experience.

Provide Tier 1/2 IT support at manufacturing plants: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, RF scanners, networking (WAN/LAN/VPN), administer Active Directory, support Office 365/SharePoint/Access, perform imaging, patching, preventive maintenance, escalate complex issues, and support corporate IT initiatives and on-call rotations.

Serve as SME for FIX connectivity, trade flows, and core applications; manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues across order routing and trade capture, support AWS/Kubernetes environments, perform root-cause analysis, automate improvements, and collaborate with brokers, traders, development, and infrastructure teams in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model.

Provide hands-on IT support for manufacturing and corporate environments: troubleshoot production/test stations, maintain Windows and Linux systems, manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Azure), networks, monitoring, backups, and automation (PowerShell/Bash). Create documentation and training, work with DB/network/process-control teams, and improve processes through data-driven analysis and quality/safety practices.
