Provide legal support for Samsung SDS's logistics business, focusing on contract management, compliance, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Lead day-to-day IAM operations for an enterprise healthcare environment, managing provisioning, access requests, certifications, incident resolution, and a team of engineers. Operate and ensure availability of SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM platforms, support audits and compliance (SOX, HIPAA), automate identity lifecycle workflows, improve RBAC and access models, and partner with HR, application owners, and cybersecurity to align identity services with regulatory and business needs.

Support and optimize cross-department workflows by identifying bottlenecks, building automation tools (Python or Google Apps Script), performing data extraction/manipulation, owning projects end-to-end, creating SOPs, and ensuring data/script accuracy.

Provide white-glove technical customer support for PryzmIQ and AWTOS. Guide customers through setup, troubleshoot connectivity and device issues, review and validate home inspection data, document findings, escalate complex cases, and perform proactive outreach to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Lead post-sale customer success for CCaaS/CX customers: build executive relationships, drive adoption and optimization, manage renewals/expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain customer health and records in Salesforce/ServiceNow, and deliver measurable business value and account growth.

Monitor and support customer applications and cloud environments 24/7. Apply AI solutions and automations, deliver enhancements, manage performance and scheduled changes, perform basic health validations, coordinate communications and triage with technical teams, and maintain high system availability while interfacing directly with customers.

Design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys suite products. Develop and deploy custom applications integrating with Genesys. Troubleshoot and resolve Genesys and ancillary call center technology issues. Estimate and respond to project proposals, advise clients on best practices, and provide on-call support for complex Genesys-related issues. May require US travel.

Serve as a servant leader facilitating Scrum ceremonies, improving team delivery flow, and coordinating cross-functional work. Support intake/prioritization for technical support, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and promote visibility across development, operations, and support. Drive continuous improvement, automate service workflows, and escalate risks to leadership.
