Support Project Manager with administrative project tasks including schedule updates, budget/draw management, purchase orders, subcontract setup, change orders, submittals/RFIs, project closeout, and estimating. Regularly use Viewpoint, P6, BIM, and Procore and coordinate with accounting, superintendents, subcontractors, and architects to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project delivery.

Perform outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate insurance sales. Build referral partnerships with centers of influence, recommend consultative coverage solutions, maintain TX P&C license, and pursue Life & Health licensing. Participate in training, use multiple product markets, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to close business.
