Job Description
As a valued colleague on our Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Strategy & Insights team, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial, operational, portfolio, and delivery information to support enterprise planning and prioritization. You will contribute to developing reporting, analyses, and insights that help leadership make informed investment, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions across the enterprise.

The Associate – Strategic Portfolio Analytics role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and portfolio reporting to support enterprise planning and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Perform financial data integrity checks and assist with collecting, validating, summarizing, and analyzing financial, operational, and portfolio data.
Support the preparation of executive reporting, dashboards, presentations, and portfolio insights for leadership decision-making.
Partner with Finance, Technology, and Business teams to gather information, support cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to enterprise planning activities.
Conduct financial and operational analyses, including trend analysis, scenario analysis, and business driver analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
Assist with Strategic Portfolio Management processes and governance activities by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience supporting financial planning, portfolio management, PMO, or business operations activities.
Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or executive presentations.
Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or enterprise planning tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Apptio Targetprocess, Jira, or similar platforms).
Experience supporting cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives.
