Lead content marketing across short- and long-form channels: write case studies and blog posts, produce short-form social and video assets, gather customer stories, enable exec voices, and measure content-driven reach and engagement using AI-enabled design and video tools.

Lead and complete a $125M capital and endowment campaign while growing annual fund revenue. Oversee donor strategy, major and planned gift solicitations, grants, events, stewardship, donor analytics, and a team of three. Partner with CEO and Board to set targets, manage budgets, refine donor systems, and personally cultivate and solicit high-capacity donors to secure transformational gifts for the new East Bay Campus.

Handle incoming leads, make outbound calls, build relationships with referral sources, convert leads to clients, grow census and revenue, coordinate with caregivers and staff, and track sales activity.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to one or more executive leaders by managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, coordinating travel and events, processing expenses, tracking action items, and facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure leaders are organized, prepared, and able to focus on strategic priorities.

Manage day-to-day benefits administration including enrollments, qualifying events, terminations, and open enrollment support. Serve as primary employee contact for benefit inquiries, partner with vendors/brokers and Payroll to resolve billing/data issues, audit invoices, reconcile data feeds, and maintain benefits documentation and systems. Support Talent Strategy with job description tasks and contractor pre-boarding while driving process improvements and benefits education.

Sell new and used vehicles on a commission basis; maintain CRM with daily prospecting and call activity; manage test drives, paperwork, deliveries, lot presentation, and follow-up; meet attendance and appearance standards and pass background and driving record checks.

Own and grow a Mid Market book of existing clients by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, managing renewals, and collaborating with Analytics and Product to deliver performance-driven marketing solutions and meet revenue targets.

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology trade shows: manage vendors, booth buildouts, venue logistics, registration builds, onsite operations, stakeholder engagement, and post-event reporting. Coordinate cross-functionally with global and local marketing teams, model best practices, and support flagship conferences with occasional North America travel.
