Lead product for advisor experience, owning AI Chat, cost-to-value modeling, and a new advisor mobile app. Ship weekly enhancements, run customer research, write PRDs, QA, grow and lead the advisor team, and deliver selling and marketing tools that help advisors book more business.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional AI transformation portfolio, ensuring execution excellence, governance, financial tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Design, implement, verify, and tape-out analog power ICs (PMICs). Collaborate with system, characterization, modeling, and layout teams; define architectures, guide physical design, validate in lab, and develop DFT and production test plans to meet performance and production requirements.

Manage research operations for the Mendoza Research Team by coordinating project portfolio, overseeing lab infrastructure, handling procurement and fiscal tasks, expanding participant recruitment, and producing strategic reports for senior leadership.

Develop and maintain performant web applications in Go and Vue.js, design and implement RESTful APIs, optimize SQL queries and schemas, collaborate with product and design, participate in code reviews and testing, and work with cloud providers and CI/CD to improve platform performance and reliability.

Design and own end-to-end, scalable AI and platform architectures; partner with business and engineering to translate requirements; introduce technologies; ensure security, reliability, and production readiness; mentor teams and produce architecture documentation.
