Manage complex leave cases (FMLA, ADA, short/long-term and military leave), determine eligibility, ensure legal compliance, coordinate accommodations, prepare payroll documentation, provide vendor documentation, develop and deliver training, maintain policies, support benefits enrollment and campus events, and travel across campuses as needed.

Own Light’s data center business development segment, identifying hyperscalers, operators, and campus developers; building relationships across power, economic development, community affairs, entitlements, and site leadership; and converting opportunities into signed energy partnerships. The role involves developing flexible load pilots, retail supply programs, distributed energy resource packages, and community benefit agreements, sharing market insights externally, shaping Light’s product strategy, and traveling approximately 50% to sites, events, and partner meetings.

Designs, builds, and operates enterprise security platforms including SIEM, EDR, IAM, and CSPM. Owns logging and detection pipelines, incident response tooling, vulnerability integrations, cloud security guardrails, identity workflows, and network and endpoint controls. Translates compliance frameworks into technical controls, supports audits, evaluates security technologies, mentors team members, and participates in on-call support.

Manages the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payment preparation, vendor reconciliations, and electronic payments. Analyze commercial borrowers’ financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit documents to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity. The role requires travel to Hope worksites, occasional overnight stays, flexible hours, conflict de-escalation, and physical setup of training environments.

Own end-to-end editing for paid social video ads: turn briefs into high-converting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) creatives, produce multiple concepts/variations weekly, design motion graphics, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and collaborate with growth and creative teams to scale winning ads.

Owns enterprise CRM reporting, Power BI dashboards, pipeline forecasting, ROI and attribution analysis, and executive insights. Integrates Salesforce, Workday, data-platform, and external data while maintaining quality controls, documentation, and business rules. Automates reporting workflows using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and Excel. Leads analytics workstreams from requirements through rollout, supports predictive and AI-assisted analysis, and communicates actionable findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
