Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; build and maintain financial models (revenue, headcount, OpEx); perform variance analysis; produce insights for Finance leadership and cross-functional partners to support strategic and operational decisions for a SaaS business.

Handles inbound/outbound B2B sales by phone, mail, and in-person. Prospects, qualifies, and closes leads; gives online demonstrations and presentations; coordinates with Support, Account and Business Development teams; monitors product availability, pricing and delivery; prepares activity reports. Requires welding procedure knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Configure, maintain, support, upgrade, and patch software components and cloud services across on-prem and Azure/AWS environments. Perform research and proof-of-concepts, support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub), resolve level 2/3 support tickets, analyze root causes, and share knowledge with the team.

Provide front-line support to clients, providers, and patients via phone, email, and portals; triage and escalate inquiries; manage support tickets in Zendesk; assist with onboarding, documentation, reporting, and routine administrative tasks to maintain client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain statistically driven and consensus-based demand forecasts for North America across project-based hardware deployments and recurring SaaS. Support monthly S&OP, drive process and tool improvements, analyze forecast performance, build dashboards, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to optimize inventory and align revenue and capacity planning.
