Design end-to-end experiences for Stensul's B2B SaaS platform: from concepts and user flows to production-ready UI. Lead research, usability testing, prototyping, and design-system contributions. Partner closely with PMs and engineers, shape product strategy with customer insights and data, mentor designers, and raise design quality in an AI-first environment.

Provide desktop and endpoint support for staff: provision hardware, install/configure OS and applications, diagnose/repair issues, administer Active Directory/Group Policy/Office365/MDM, maintain asset inventory, procure equipment, and deliver end-user training and documentation.

Provide daily on-site operational support for member startups, manage front desk and onboarding, maintain site databases and communications, produce marketing materials and social content, plan and host events, handle vendor/shipping tasks, manage cafe services, and partner with network operations to standardize processes.

Design, build, and operate reliable infrastructure services on AWS and Kubernetes. Own subsystems, automate tooling to reduce toil, apply modern tooling and GenAI where appropriate, improve developer experience, and drive infrastructure reliability, observability, and efficiency across the organization.

Coordinate day-to-day talent management for a roster of creators: communicate deliverables with partners and creators, manage approvals/payments, attend recurring meetings, monitor trends, scout talent, respond across messaging channels, and maintain organized processes.

Lead and scale the Sales and Solutions Engineering team, define technical strategy for enterprise opportunities, enable successful technical evaluations, partner cross-functionally to influence product roadmap, and establish processes and metrics to drive customer adoption and expansion.

Build and maintain market risk reporting infrastructure and models, monitor daily VaR and stress exposures, assess new product risk, automate processes, perform stress testing, analyze large datasets, advise traders, and create/enforce market risk policies and procedures.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product and feature launches. Partner cross-functionally with paid, lifecycle, retail, brand creative, product, and B2B teams to craft integrated campaigns, oversee organic social and community strategy, guide content and voice, run partner marketing, and optimize the rescue program to drive sales, engagement, and brand affinity.

Greet and assist callers, answer and route phones, take orders, and perform general clerical duties. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM.

Provide individual and group career advising to undergraduates, design and deliver workshops and programs, liaise with employers and alumni, develop resources (resumes, LinkedIn, mock interviews), track employer/student trends and satisfaction, market career services, and manage special projects to support holistic career development.
