Provide assistance to students and families with financial aid processes, manage financial aid programs, perform verifications, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Lead design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic and automation equipment. Develop PLC ladder logic, preventive maintenance, SOPs, reliability standards, and training. Manage automation projects from feasibility through handover, compile maintenance KPIs, ensure safety and secure system protections, and support plant-wide maintenance as needed.

Lead software and technology projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource estimates, documentation, and business requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors; manage risks, performance metrics, process improvements, and system implementations. Prepare project presentations and status reports while ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for major Salesforce‑native product areas. Lead cross‑functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery, write requirements, use AI tooling and product analytics, engage customers and stakeholders, and mentor teammates to drive outcomes and high delivery velocity.

Provide in-office help-desk support for YinzCam's mobile and digital sports apps: respond to client inquiries, reproduce and troubleshoot issues (especially on game-days), proactively verify and test app content and features daily, and coordinate with Engineering and Project Management. Must monitor games/events during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
