Full Stack Developer

About the Role
SunCore Digital is seeking a high-performance Team Lead / Full Stack Developer to accelerate our digital infrastructure build-out. This role will lead development efforts, co-manage a lean engineering team, and coordinate directly with marketing, operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Co-champion development of SunCore’s web and app infrastructure, ensuring scalable, modular architecture using Node.js and Python.
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
Migrate infrastructure from SiteGround to Digital Ocean and implement Cloudflare for performance optimization.
Own CRM migration: Replace Pipedrive with Hubspot CRM via Zapier, enable full web-to-lead flow and integrate scheduling and heatmapping tools (ChiliCal, Mouseflow).
Integrate APIs and 3rd-party tools: Binance, WhatToMine, Trulioo, Stripe, BitPay, BambooHR, Docusign, OKTA, Zendesk.
Develop and launch SunCore's secure dashboard and mobile app (Flutter) with biometric/2FA login, real-time mining data, wallet integrations, and statement delivery.
Ensure SOC2-level security, including SHA-256 secure login and third-party audit readiness.
Collaborate with agencies (UI/UX, digital marketing) to integrate design, returns pages, and optimized content.
Oversee KYC-compliant sales flow: Info → Product Overview → KYC → Payment → Contract → Secure Dashboard Access.
Implement team best practices for code reviews, documentation, testing, and security in conjunction with SunCore's Back-End Team Lead.

Ideal Candidate
5+ years full-stack development (Node.js/Python preferred)
2+ years leading agile dev teams
Strong background in API integrations, DevOps, and secure app architecture
Experience in fintech, blockchain, or high-compliance environments
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage across time zones and departments

Skills Required
- 5+ years full-stack development experience (Node.js/Python preferred)
- 2+ years leading agile development teams
- Proven experience with Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Dart/Flutter, and Java
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
- Experience migrating infrastructure to DigitalOcean and configuring Cloudflare
- API and 3rd-party integrations experience (e.g., Stripe, BitPay, Binance, WhatToMine, Trulioo, HubSpot, OKTA, Zendesk)
- Develop secure dashboards and Flutter mobile apps with biometric/2FA login and wallet integrations
- Familiarity with SOC2 security practices and SHA-256 secure login implementation
- Experience migrating CRM workflows (Pipedrive to HubSpot) and using Zapier for web-to-lead flows
