Leads PPG Automotive Refinish sales across Arkansas and Oklahoma, delivering regional sales, service, and market-share targets. Develops business strategies, grows customer opportunities, demonstrates product applications, supports field trials, educates customers on safe product use, maintains technical knowledge of refinishing products and equipment, analyzes customer issues, and identifies opportunities for new products and improved technical support. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two-plus years of sales success, consultative selling skills, and automotive refinish experience.

Perform outsourced accounting, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, SEC reporting support, and technical accounting memo drafting. Advise clients on revenue recognition, leases, equity transactions, business combinations, and new accounting standards. Support audits, internal controls, process improvements, and automation initiatives while coordinating client engagements and mentoring junior staff.

Provides help desk, desktop, hardware, software, phone, printer, network, Wi-Fi, and remote IT support for local and regional users. Serves as a contract subject matter expert, provides guidance to sales and support teams, and participates in meetings concerning contract actions and decisions. This is an onsite office-based role with no direct supervision responsibilities.

Manage enterprise accounts through the complete IT and AV sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, solution and proposal coordination, forecasting, negotiations, and deal closing.
